With our complete package we will suggest or locate the venue, contact and hire vendors, negotiate contracts, plan and design the aesthetics of the event, as well as orchestrate all of the “details” of the event. We can also arrange transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and gift bags for out-of-town guests. From start to finish, we work with our clients to create an event that is reflective of their style.
Option #1: A Platinum Wedding – Full Service Package
Events by Vanessa will coordinate all your events throughout the entire weekend. With so many weddings offering more than just the traditional dinner reception this option is ideal for a weekend of wedding celebrations. From rehearsal dinners, bridesmaids luncheon, groomsmen outing, wedding ceremony, wedding receptions, after parties, and brunch the next day the details can become overwhelming. Let Events by Vanessa coordinate the entire weekend (no matter how many events you are planning) so that everyone can enjoy themselves, even the Bride and Groom! We will care for all of your guests from assistance with airport transportation and hotel accommodations. We will assist with vendor selection, contract review, menu selections, venue details, style and décor of events, decision timeline, and detailed agenda for the wedding weekend, and much, much more. With an “unlimited” number of planning hours included in this package you are truly cared for every step of the way.
Option #2: An Elite Event – Wedding Package
From the moment you choose Events by Vanessa, until the last guest leaves your wedding reception, every detail regarding the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception will be looked after. We will oversee hotel guestroom accommodations, assist with vendor interview and selection, contract review, menu selection/tasting, room layout details, coordinate vendor requirements, oversee style and décor of event, create a decision timeline, follow up on any outstanding RSVP’s, create and distribute a detailed agenda for the wedding day, and much, much more. This full service package is ideal for the Bride and Groom that want to truly enjoy the planning process and the wedding, knowing everything is being taken care of. With this level of service and attention, your wedding day will be as unique and special as the two of you!
Option #3: A Grande Affair – “Month Of” Wedding Package
Events by Vanessa will get you started in the right direction with a detailed decision timeline, assist with initial budget guidelines, provide vendor lists and contract review for wedding day vendors. Then the planning process will be handled by the Bride and Groom. One month prior to the wedding Events by Vanessa will contact or meet with vendors, create a wedding day timeline, organize all wedding day details, run ceremony rehearsal, coordinate wedding ceremony and reception. This option is for the Bride and Groom that will have the time to do most of the planning, but do not want the stress of the Wedding day to fall on their shoulders. With 30 hours of planning and day of service (with unlimited phone and email contact) this limited wedding planning package is offered at a reasonable price for Brides and Grooms that like to be very involved in the planning process, and still enjoy the wedding without the stress of the wedding day details.
